Step #3) Rapport Building A:
Purpose: An ice-breaker instantly reduces tension and gives you an opening.

Purpose: To be a positive force in their life and acknowledge THEM, their
expertise and where they are in life. We are attracted to positive people.
Step #5) Call To Action A:
Purpose: You’re objective is to find ask a question to reveal a potential
dissatisfaction.
Step #6) Rapport Building B:
Purpose: To connect with them on a little deeper level so you stand out in their
mind when they receive your email or company information.
Step #7) Recap / Call To Action B:
Purpose: This is how we wrap up the call and get them some information to
review.
