– no fat
– 1g of protein
– 16 grams of sugar
– 4 almonds

Surprisingly, it contains a large amount of sugar but very little protein and calcium compared to dairy milk. If you’re looking to it to get the benefits of the almonds, a glass of almond milk has the equivalent of only about four almonds! It’s a good alternative to cow’s milk but when you break it down you may realize it is not as nutritious as you may think.
